** Package contents **

Vendors: This box contains all the vendors released at the date of purchase of this package (1 prim each vendor) and some multivendors

Marketing: This box include various useful items to decorate your store such as special logo.

Franchise Store: Landmark to Sexy Peach Mainstore.

** Rules **
As a Sexy Peach Franchiser you must follow these simple rules based in the common sense:

A. Competition is not allowed. Only ONE Sexy Peach Franchise Store per sim.

B. Use only the official logo and marketing items provided in the package. Not name other brands items as "Sexy Peach".

C. Sexy Peach is Quality and service. As a franchiser you must take care of your customers, answering their questions. If you can't answer a question, please invite that customer to talk with me (Sakura Yosuke).

D. You get the 50% of each sale made via your vendors.There is a L$2 or 2.0% (whichever is greater) cover charge on each sale to HippoTEC.

E. Please DO NOT mix Sexy Peach products with other products, assign at least one wall for our products and always display the logo with the products.
